I hope you are happy with your purchase but I understand that sometimes things just don’t work.

Returns Accepted

Items you wish to return must be received undamaged, in unused condition, and in their original packaging.

30 Days to Return

Please make sure anything you need to return is postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. After receipt of your item, returns are processed within 14 working days. Funds received will be sent to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Start a Return

To make a return, place your order number and return details into our Returns Form. You can find your order number in your original confirmation email. Upon submitting your Returns Form you will receive an email with your prepaid Return Label.
